Thane District Judge Threaten Media Reporter Via PA For Exposing Judges Corruption...

 




Thane (Mumbai): Thane district judge sent notice to media reporter to be present before Principle Session and District Judge Shri SB Agarwal chamber at 5 PM on 16 July 2024. Media reporter cum Judicial activist thought that he may take statement for his complaint regarding court staff corruption. When he approached PA of DJ then he shown the  Asangaon Judge corruption news . The news was about complaint to ACB against Shahpur Judge for passing order by suppression of fact in cognizable offence by taking advantage .It is offence under section 7 and 13 of PC act 1988.

The PA started taking statement of media reporter Sapan Shrivastava. When the applicant asked the copy of written direction issued by Judge Shri SB Agarwal then PA said that he issued verbal direction to issue letter. The Media reporter denied to give any statement . The DJ Shri SB Agarwal called media reporter in his chamber. DJ asked the details of office bearers of INDIA RTI NEWS portal . Inspite to take action of his staff corruption he was threatening media reporter . He also said that if you will not give names then I will call cyber cell to get this information.

The Shahpur Judge rejected offence of big company of illegal mining and did not taken mining department RTI letter on record in the order. In recall case also also done same thing.He saved rich people from investigation and also damaged State revenue of Rs 100Cr approx . The media reporter published the news that complaint is lodged with ACB Thane for this criminal misconduct and corruption under PC act . So the Thane DJ Shri SB Agarwal Threatened media reporter to remove news from portal. When RTI application was filed before thane court about the notice and issue then PIO said that it is personal information and rejected under section 8 of RTI act 2005.

There is huge corruption at thane court. Staffs are taking bribe in day light. Office staff not issuing case numbers and listing before court against elite people. Many judges are giving exemption from investigation to elite people . No Supreme court and high court order are applicable for them. People are forced to run pillar to post . If any body exposes judicial corruption then they are directing verbally to police and other to harass media reporters. Same pattern is seen at Kalyan , Shahpur , Palghar courts.The High Court Vigilance is totally corrupt and closes all complaints in the interest of criminals. No preliminary enquiry is conducted on complaints. High court judges are busy in judicial work and their subordinate courts are doing corruption. All staff are not corrupt but only few have respect for rule of law. "INJUSTICE ANYWHERE THEN INJUSTICE EVERYWHERE"

  Crime Under Section 49,51 Of  Wild Life Protection act  तोता पालना तो देश में कॉमन है, ऐसे में उसको पिंजड़े में रखना भी अपराध है? वाइल्डलाइफ एक्ट के मुताबिक,  तोते या किसी अन्य पक्षी को पिंजड़े में कैद करके रखना और उससे किसी भी तरह का लाभ लेने के लिए प्रशिक्षण देना कानूनन अपराध है । भारत में कानून इजाजत नहीं देता कि किसी भी पक्षी को कैद करके रखा जाए। आम तौर पर नागरिक तोतों को पालतू पक्षी मानते हैं लेकिन वन्यजीव अधिनियम 1972 की धारा-4 के तहत इसे या किसी भी अन्य पक्षी को पिंजरे में कैद रखना या पालना गैरकानूनी है। वन्य प्राणी संरक्षण अधिनियम 1972 के अंतर्गत तोता को पालना या पिंजरे में कैद करना दंडनीय अपराध है। यदि किसी व्यक्ति ने तोता पाल रखा हो या उसे पिंजरे में कैद रखा हो तो वन विभाग के नजदीकी कार्यालय में सुपुर्द कर दें। देश भर में तोतों की करीब एक दर्जन प्रजातियां मौजूद हैं और सभी संरक्षित हैं। नियमानुसार तोतों को पालने के लिए वन विभाग की अनुमति जरूरी होती है, लेकिन उन्हें पिंजरे में बंद करने वाले यह अनुमति नहीं लेते हैं। लोग शौकिया तौर पर पिंजरों में रंग-बिरंगे प...
