  ऐसे करें नकली देसी घी की पहचान- फूड सेफ्टी अधिकारी डॉ. सचिन शर्मा ने बताया कि आप असली और नकली घी की पहचान उसको गर्म करके कर सकते हैं। अगर घी गर्म होकर पिघल के भूरे रंग की हो जाती है। इस स्थिति में आपका घी शुद्ध है। वहीं अगर आपके घी को पिघलने में समय लग रहा है। इसके अलावा वह पिघलकर हल्का पीला रंग का हो रहा है। ऐसे में आपका घी मिलावटी या कहें नकली हो सकता है। इसके अलावा आप पिघले हुए घी में दो बूंद आयोडीन नमक घोलकर भी उसकी वास्तविकता के बारे में पता कर सकते हैं। अगर घी में आयोडीन मिलने के बाद वह बैंगनी रंग में बदल जाता है। ऐसे में जान लीजिए की आपके घी में स्टार्च मिला हुआ है। आपको इस तरह के घी का सेवन करने से बचना चाहिए। आप चम्मच में घी लेकर अपनी हथेली पर रखकर भी इसके बारे में पता कर सकते हैं। अगर घी आपकी हथेली पर पिघल जाता है। इस स्थिति में आपका घी शुद्ध है। अगर वह पिघलता नहीं है। ऐसे में आपका घी नकली है।
