Advocate for accused no. 2 submitted that the surety papers are already processed by the department, but accused and the surety could not attend the court because they could not arrange the traveling to Mumbai from Tamilnadu. He undertook to attend the court for completing process of surety application before next date. Considering the undertaking, the applications are allowed in the interest of justice by passing order as follows: ORDER 1. Applications Exh. 104 and 105 are allowed. 2. Exemption granted to accused no. 2 only for  today. 3. The time to furnish surety is extended till next date as a last chance.  It is hereby clarified that all the requirement should fulfilled in this respect before next date and no further time will be extended. 4. Adjournment granted. 5.
