Thane Bhiwandi -Wadpa road including Kasheli Bridge by Supreme Infrastructure LTD. in 2012 By PWD THane. In the aforesaid project huge amount of illegal source of minor Minerals where used. Kindly deduct 5 times royalty and minerals cost from Supreme Infra. As per GR it is responsibility of Department to deduct royalty as per Mines and Mineral act and deposit to collector office. Do the needful. Also book case against Supreme if they used illegal minor minerals in building material as per section 21 of MMDR act and IPC 379 and 411 of Sc order.
