  Indore: CRPC 156 Case filed against Bharat Serum and vaccines Limited (BSV) directors for investigation in fire incidence at Indore ware house on 17 May 2021. Complainants demanded FIR against director under IPC 420, 336,120b, 166A,218,Section 13 Of PC act against directors and public servants. The allegation is that the public servants has fraudulently issued ware house license without mandatory compliance. Police has not take any action as per Lalita Kumari guidelines. TI and DCP has been made accused for violating supreme court order.   Bhopal: CM HELPLINE के डायरेक्टर और अन्य स्टाफ ने सॉफ्टवेयर में नियम के खिलाफ जाकर अधिकारियों के नाम और नंबर मिटा दिए गए। जिस कारण जनता को अधिकारियों तक पहुंचने में मुश्किल हो रही है। आरटीआई SECTION 4 के तहत सभी अधिकारियों के नाम और नंबर डालना अनिवार्य है। DIRECTOR SANDEEP ASTHANA और उनके साथियों ने धोखाधड़ी करते हुए भ्रष्ट अधिकारियों को बचाने के लिए L1- L-4 तक के नंबर नाम निकाल दिए। शिकायत करने पर कोई जवाब नही दिया। इसलिए उनके खिलाफ पुलिस शिकायत की गई। TI RASHBIHARI ने शिकायत बंद कर दी। अब कोर्ट में FIR के लिए सीआरपीसी156 का केस दायर हुआ है। इनपर IPC 420,166A,218,120B,34, SECTION 13 PC ACT के अनुसार जांच मांगी गई है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ललिता कुमारी आदेश अनुसार COGNIZABLE OFFENCE में FIR MANDATORY है। थानेदार के ऊपर भी FIR मांगी है जो नियम से काम नही किया।  हाई कोर्ट के आदेश अनुसार यह याचिका 15दिन में निपटानी है। आवेदक जजों के ऊपर सुप्रीम कोर्ट मे कई CONTEMPT CASE दायर कर चुका है जो नियम अनुसार काम नही करते और ललिता कुमारी का VIOLATION करते है। सुनवाई जल्द शुरू होगी। CNR Number MP 04 01 0

ONLY 65 AND ABOVE AGE CAN GET VC FACILITY AT MP HIGH COURT  न्याय के मंदिर मे ही अन्याय हो रहा है, जनता के साथ धोखा क्यों? JABALPUR:  MP High Chief Justice  RAVI MALIMATH  passed circular that  " Leaned Advocates / Parties-in-person, aged 65 years and above, may make oral request to the Bench for taking up their case for hearing through virtual mode and the concerned Bench may consider the request accordingly." For making VC request he has to come court by travelling hundreds of km. No facility given by email or mobile number to get VC link. MP govt has spent Rs 200 Cr approx to update VC software but CJ of MP High Court is discouraging technology to access the justice. He cleaverly not banned the others but given preference to senior citizens. VC facility is denied to other persons and advocates verbally by HC staff .   New delhi:  Why All the Judges resumes are not uploaded in standard format? Every judge is missing school information with education board in profile. People Should know that how qualified is the judge and from which education board he has obtained certificate. The ministry of law and justice is also denying high court judges schooling information in RTI. Many judges has passed from unrecognised ICSE board and HRD with other states are denying any recognition to ICSE and ISC.  The ministry is not checking the vital information and giving NOC to judges passed from ICSE boards.ICSE board is just society which is running private board in the name of govt approval . He brought letters from various state boards that ICSE is equivalent to their state board. 

जब नागरिक ने मेन गेट नहीं खोला तो इंस्पेक्टर ने बिना कारण दरवाजा तोड़ने की कोशिश की और लाइट काट दी। जान से मारने की धमकी दी । बोला पुलिस कुछ भी कर सकती है। लूटपाट की नाकाम कोशिश.... पुलिस ठाणे नहीं आने पर आग बबूला हो गया और टीम सहित घर आ धमका। दरवाजा तोड़ने के लिए carpenter ले कर आया था।  नोटिस मांगने पर गाली देने लगा।   लूट पाठ की FIR की शिकायत की गयी पर सब उसको बचा रहे है , DCP KALYAN ने अभी तक FIR नहीं किया।  FIR नहीं करने पर JMFC कोर्ट कल्याण में contempt  केस दायर होगा  Thane : Vishnu nagar Police sub inspector Ganesh Wadane done crime of attempt to robbery at Ganesh Nagar along with 3 constables and political workers . In a family dispute complaint he called the person at police station by sending constables. The person denied to come and demanded letter of summon. Later NC registered by police.
