Delhi : Misc Application filed in January 2022
against Registrar order which disposed contempt petition against Umaria JMFC
Abhishek kumar and Rajan Gupta. The allegation is that the learned Judicial
officers are not following Supreme Court constitution bench Lalita Kumari order
and disposing CRPC 156(3) matter of cognizable offence with rejection. They
deny to set criminal law into its motion in cognizable offence.Doing conspiracy
against apex court guidelines and passing whimsical orders ie no affidavit
filed and dismissing case in single hearing. They also not recall the order
when mistakes are highlighted in application . The Umaria court Judicial officers
are ignoring investigation against rich and public servants crime and doing
contempt of apex court order.
The registrar of SC also

SC rules 2013 . It empowers Registrar to dispose scandalous petition . This
power is used to protect many judges / judicial officers.
“5.

no reasonable cause or is frivolous or contains scandalous matter but the
petitioner may within fifteen days of the making of such order, appeal by way
of motion, from such refusal to the Court.”

in 2019 the maintainability of petition cannot be decided by the registry.
Inspite of that, Registrar Disposing contempt petition against Judges and doing

action.
