  Every Citizen is a Police Officer Every citizen is a police officer without uniform and every police officer is a common citizen in uniform. Every citizen has been given power of a police officer to ensure peace and order in the society and thus a common citizen can contribute a lot in the maintenance of law and order in the society. Section 43 of the Criminal Procedure Code of India bestowed power of arrest to the common citizen if a cognizable and non- bailable offence is committed in his or her presence.   Thane: The advocates and party in persons can use  Video Conferencing ie Online hearing at any bench of Thane court . First he has to do email at admthane@gmail.com for request of VC hearing in morning . Then IT person will take consent from court and give u link for VC hearing with time. Later applicant will connect via that link and give  submission. The IT person told that all the courts(JMFC,Family,Session etc) have the facilities of VC in their desk only.   दिसंबर के तीसरे हफ्ते में हरिद्वार में हुए कथित हेट स्पीच का वायरल वीडियो लाखों लोगों की तरह गुलबहार कुरैशी ने भी देखा था. लेकिन सोशल मीडिया पर टिपण्णियां करने, या उसपर बहस तक ही सीमित रहने की बजाए 25-वर्षीय क़ानून के इस छात्र ने 'संविधान का रास्ता' अपनाया. गुलबहार कुरैशी की ही तहरीर पर बीते 23 दिसंबर को पुलिस ने हरिद्वार कोतवाली में एफआईआर दर्ज की है. इस मामले में शिया वक्फ बोर्ड के पूर्व चेयरमैन वसीम रिज़वी, जिनका नया नाम जितेंद्र नारायण त्यागी है, के ख़िलाफ़ भी मामला बना है. उत्तराखंड पुलिस ने इस बारे में 23 दिसंबर को ट्वीट में कहा था, "सोशल मीडिया पर धर्म विशेष के ख़िलाफ भड़काऊ भाषण देकर नफ़रत फैलाने संबंधी वायरल हो रहे वीडियो का संज्ञान लेते हुए वसीम रिज़वी उर्फ जितेंद्र नारायण त्यागी एवं अन्य के विरुद्ध कोतवाली हरिद्वार में धारा 153 ए आईपीसी के अंतर्गत मुकदमा पंजीकृत किया गया है और विधिक कार्यवाही प्रचलित है." गुलबहार ने बीबीसी से कहा, "हरिद्वार हेट स्पीच से जुड़ी वीडियो देखने के बाद मुझे लगा कि ये भारत की छवि को देश ही नहीं विदेशों में भी नुक़सान पहुंचाए

  ईरान वाला तेल सस्ता पूछताछ करने पर पता चला कि यह कुकिंग ऑयल यानी खाना पकाने का तेल है जिसकी तस्करी ईरानी सीमा और पाकिस्तान के समुद्र के रास्ते अवैध रूप से की जा रही है. और फिर इसे सड़क मार्ग से पाकिस्तान के दूसरे शहरों, ख़ास तौर से कराची पहुंचाया जाता है. मछुआरों का कहना है कि एक कैन में 20 लीटर खाना पकाने का तेल होता है. उनका दावा है कि हर दिन 2 हज़ार लीटर कुकिंग ऑयल ग्वादर से बलूचिस्तान के शहरों और कराची के लिए जाता है. ईरानी सीमा से पाकिस्तान में खाद्य पदार्थों का आना कोई नई बात नहीं है. लेकिन, इस साल डॉलर के मुक़ाबले रुपये की क़ीमत में तेज़ी से आने वाली गिरावट की वजह से देश में खाना पकाने के तेल की क़ीमत बढ़ी हैं और इसी वजह से तस्करी होने वाले कुकिंग ऑयल की मांग में वृद्धि हुई है. इसका एक कारण देश में उपलब्ध कुकिंग ऑयल की तुलना में इसकी क़ीमतों में भारी कमी होना भी है. कराची में फ़ेडरेशन ऑफ़ पाकिस्तान चैंबर्स ऑफ़ कॉमर्स एंड इंडस्ट्री के उपाध्यक्ष नासिर ख़ान के मुताबिक़ 'कराची में फ़िलहाल कुकिंग ऑयल की क़ीमत 300 रुपये प्रति लीटर है, जो दुकानों में 350-450 रुपये प्रति लीटर के ह
