Why Mumbai Courts Are Not Updating VC Link Inspite Of All Facilities ? Corrupt E committee Failed To Implement Project

MAKING MONEY FROM TENDER BUT NOT IMPLEMENTING INSIDE COURT ROOM

Mumbai: As per E committee Bombay High Court all the district courts across Maharahtra has 3 Softwares for VC but the court employees are not implementing it. The System officers contact numbers are not uploaded in High court website for each districts. Due to this the advocates and litigants cannot communicate with the court . More than 100 cr has been spent for virtual hearing in the Maharashtra but still no camera is ON . Advocates and litigants has to visit court rooms with huge expense and to argue matter . When the reporter went to meet Hrishikesh V Kulkarni Deputy registrar Bombay High Court Cell 9423232390 cpc-bom@aij.gov.in at his office on 6 th Floor GT Hospital Admin Building Mumbai CST then he deny to meet. His peon said he dont meet people in his office.

The corrupt attitude of Central Project Coordinator Maharashtra harassing people across the state. In MP state all the courts are having VC . The Cell number of IT system assistant is available on High court website https://mphc.gov.in/ecourt

At Jabalpur and other districts VC Link with reader numbers are available on E court portal.

The Maharashtra E committee has to learn that how Honestly the other states employees work. Many states like Delhi , UP have VC Links but Maharashtra E committee Officers dont want to Upgrade courts .The Officers are enjoying VC In AC Rooms like boss and public is suffering for justice in the covid time.
