  *💥बडी खबर कटनी* ◾ *अवैध रेत खनन मामले पर जिला मजिस्ट्रेट ने लगाई 23 करोड़ से अधिक की शास्ति* - ◾ *रजरवारा क्रमांक-1 के महानदी घाट के खसरा क्रमांक 565 में खनिज* - ◾ *राजस्व व पुलिस के संयुक्त दल ने की थी जांच* - ➡ *अवैध रूप से रेत खनन के एक मामले में महानदी के रजरवारा क्रमांक-1 के घाट में अवैध रूप से रेत का खनन करने के प्रकरण में कलेक्टर एवं जिला मजिस्ट्रेट प्रियंक मिश्रा ने 23 करोड़ रूपये से अधिक की शास्ति अधिरोपित की है। साथ ही मौके पर जब्त किए दो वाहनों को राजसात करने के भी आदेश जारी किए गए हैं।*     *प्रकरण के संबंध में जानकारी यह है कि 14 जून 2019 को नायब तहसीलदार विजयराघवगढ़, थाना प्रभारी और खनिज अमले के साथ संयुक्त रूप से निरीक्षण के दौरान एक जेसीबी व एक रेत लदा हाइवा जब्त किया था। साथ ही रजरवारा क्रमांक-1 के महानदी घाट में संयुक्त दल ने ग्रामीणों की उपस्थिति में मौके का निरीक्षण किया। जिसमें सामने आया कि रजरवारा क्रमांक-1 के खसरा क्रमांक 565 नदी घाट क्षेत्र में रेत खनिज जमा है और मौके पर 19344 घनमीटर रेत का खनन पाया गया जबकि खसरा क्रमांक 565 में खनिज रेत हेतु कोई वैधानिक उत्ख

  Kalyan: Police complaint filed against Sub registrar Kalyan 1 Stamp and Registration Mr VB Giri for registering unauthorised property by making false report . As per hon'ble supreme court orders in many cases the unauthorised properties cannot be encouraged by providing electricity and registration. It has been observed that Kalyan 1 Sub registrar is doing registration without municipal NOC ie OC and Fire NOC. The builders or owner pay them some commission for such act and every day lacs of unauthorised funds are collected in response to registration. The Thane Deputy registrar Mr Ganwade forwarded complaint to Kalyan 1 for explanation. The Mahatma Phule police has to do preliminary enquiry in 15 days as per Lalita Kumari guidelines and register FIR under IPC 429,166A,218,34ETC under CrPC 154.
