EAST DELHI MUNICIPAL SANITARY OFFICER PANDAV NAGAR FAILED TO REMOVE ENCROACHMENT ABOVE DRAINAGE SINCE LAST ONE YEAR.
3 MOTORS HAS BEEN INSTALLED INSIDE BOX FOR WATER SUPPLY. ANY TIME CURRENT CAN ENDANGER LIFE OF PEOPLE.

दिल्ली : पूर्वी दिल्ली म्युनिसिपल कारपोरेशन में करप्शन एक दम ऊंचाई पर है. एक साल से नाली के ऊपर अवैध कब्जे की शिकायत पैसे खा कर दबा दी जाती है. श्री विजय कुमार अग्रवाल पांडव नगर निवासी का आरोप है की C -9 Pandav Nagar वालो ने एक बड़ा बॉक्स नाली के ऊपर रख दिया है। जिसके कारण बरसात में पानी रुकता है और शिकायतकर्ता के घर घुसता है। पानी के साथ कचरा कीड़े मकौड़े भी घुसते है. 66 वर्ष के Shri विजय अग्रवाल बार इस कारन बीमार हो जाते है. हर बार शिकायत करने पर MCD कर्मचारी पैसा लेकर शिकायत दबा देते है और अतिक्रमण तोड़ते नहीं.
"The plot
of land bearing No. C-9, Pandav Nagar, Delhi, measuring 25 square yards, and,
has constructed a multi-storey illegal and unauthorized building thereon. constructed illegal and unauthorized platforms/thadas on the public
drain..... The MCD sanitation staff, namely, Mr. Rajbir Singh, ASI, and, Mr. Vinod, Baildar,
accompanied with the Maintenance staff of MCD, came to the spot for demolition
of the said thadas, but to no avail because the accused No. 1 and 2 bribed them
and the former went away. Consequently, the
complainant lodged telephonic
complaints with, inter alia, Mr. Bharat Singh, Chief Inspector, and, Mr.Komal
Singh, SI, and, Mr. Mula Singh, Ex. En., but to no avail. "An infinity of waves will come. 2 Lakhs have died. Many more will die. 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th............Eternal waves will come till infinity.
The reason is obvious.
Look at the behaviour of East Delhi Municipal Corporation (EDMC). No cleanliness of drains (Nali). Filth abounds. Filth....filth....filth.....filth everywhere.
Sanitation staff passes the buck to Maintenance staff for removing of obstructions in cleaning of drains, and, the Maintenance staff passes the buck to Sanitation staff. This is the only thing they are paid for.
The office of Dr. Dilraj Kaur, Commissioner of EDMC, has been repeatedly requested to do the needful, but to no avail. Phone Numbers of Dr. Dilraj Kaur, Commissioner of EDMC: 011-66667310, 011-22144122. No response to the repeated emails sent by me. Same is the behaviour of Deputy Commissioner and Assistant Commissioner.
Completely paralysed EDMC. Completely indifferent attitude of EDMC authorities towards Prime Minister's Cleanliness Campaign (Swachatta Andolan). Utter lawlessness. Officers are afraid of the Unions of the EDMC staff. Nobody wants to work.
A culture of impunity in EDMC.
People are dying and will continue to die due to filth and disease for which EDMC is squarely responsible.
Even God cannot save this country.
